I designed this tag using Toriya's tube "Aurika Babe".

Tutorial

Open mask.

Place paper 19 on top of the mask layer. (Click create clipping mask)

Place element 66 in the middle of the page. (DS & OG)

Resize to

Place tube layer behind element 66. (Opacity 89%, Erase parts not needed)

Resize to

Place element 96 behind the tube layer. (DS & OG)

Resize to

Place element 74 at the left hand side of element 66. (DS & OG)

Resize to

Place another element 74 to the right hand side of element 74 just placed. (DS & OG)
Resize to

Place element 92 to the right hand side of element 74 just placed. (DS & OG)
Resize to

Place tube layer infront of both element 74's and element 92. (DS & OG)
