A Frosty Christmas Tag 1
I designed this tag using Vickie's Scraps "A Frosty Christmas" scrapkit.

Tutorial
*Important note drop shadow is used on all elements used*
Open new page 600x200px.
Place paper 10 over the page.
Place element 133 at very top of the paper.
Resize to X 300.00px, Y 85.00px, W 87.08%, H 87.18%.
Place element 108 at right hand side of the paper.
Resize to X 497.50px, Y 95.00px, W and H 31.55%.
Place tube of choice behind the element we just did.
Place element 51 at bottom left hand side of page.
Resize to X 131.00px, Y 151.00px, W and H 40%.
Place tube of choice at left hand side of the page.
Place element 36 beside the tube.
Resize to X 203.00px, Y 144.00px, W 19.95% H 20.00%.
Place element 21 in front of element 36.
Resize to X 228.50px, Y 180.50px, W 8.87%, H 8.72%.
Place element 137 at bottom right hand side of the page.
Resize to X 565.00px, Y 162.50px W 16.24% H 16.22%.
*Next element is not in drop shadow effect*
Place 4 lots of element 48 across the page starting from left to right.
Original size, no need for resizing.
Last but not least do not forget your license and recognition of scrapkit maker.
