*Important note drop shadow effect has been used on all elements*

Open blank page 600x200.

Place paper 7 over the page.

Place element 1 in the middle of the page.

Resize to X 300.00px, Y 100.00px, W and H 59.35%.

Place element 112 on top of element 1.

Resize to X 300.50px,  102.00px, W and H 50%.

Place element 31 on top of element 1 and 112.

Resize to X 300.00px, Y 98.00px, W and H 36.36%.

Place element 2 at the top left hand side of the page.

Reisze to X 78.00px, Y 57.50px, W and H 100%.

Place element 31 over element 2.

Resize to X 79.50px, Y 57.50px, W and H 20.91%.

Place element 2 at bottom right hand side of the page.

Resize to X 521.00px, Y 135.00px, W and H 21.45%.

Place element 18 over element 31 on the left hand side.

Resize to X 98.00px, Y 98.50px, W and H 100%.

Place element 18 over element 31 at the right hand side.

Resize to X 496.00px, Y 85.50px, W and H 100%.

Place element 119 at the left hand side of the middle element 31.

Resize to X 200.00px, Y 116.50px, W -39.26% H 39.33%.

Place element 119 at right hand side of element 31.

Resize to X 396.50px, Y 118.08px, W 38.55% H 38.67%.

Place element 42 at bottom of the page.

Resize to X 300.00px, Y 150.00px, W and H 100%.

Last but not least dont forget your license and credit the scrapkit maker.
