I designed this tag using Chili Designz "Romantica" scrapkit.

I also used Squirrely's Treehouse mask 59.

Tutorial

Open mask 59.

Place paper 7 on top of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place deco element to the left hand side of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Resize to

Place another deco element to the right hand side of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Resize to

Place swirvl element on top of the second deco element just placed.

Resize to

Place another swirvl element on top of the first deco element placed.

Resize to

Place frame 5 in the middle of the mask layer. (DS)
Resize to

Place tulle behind frame 5 at the top left hand corner.

Resize to

Place heart 2 behind tulle element. (DS)

Resize to

Place tube layer infront of frame 5. ( DS & erasing of some parts of tube is needed)

Resize to

Place sparkles 3 infront of the tube layer at the bottom right hand corner. 

Place tagbg element at the bottom left hand corner of frame 5. (DS)

Resize to

Place bokeh element on top of tagbg element.

Resize to

Place another bokeh element on top of sparkles 3.

Resize to

Place hearts element on top of the first bokeh element.

Resize to

Place key element to the right hand side of hearts element.

Resize to

Place leaves 2 element at the bottom of frame 5 at the bottom left hand corner. (DS)

Resize to

Place another leaves 2 element at the bottom left hand side of frame 5. (DS)

Resize to

Place branch 2 on top of both leaves 2 elements. (DS)
Resize to

Place branch 5 on top of branch 2. (DS)

Resize to

Place bird at the bottom right hand side of branch 5.

Place snail element on top of the first greenery 3 element in the middle. (DS)

Place wreath element on top of all elements placed so far, in the middle. (DS & OG)

Resize to

Place tube layer in the middle of wreath element (DS & OG & erasing of parts of tube needed)
Resize to

Place bird element on top of the wreath element at the top right hand side. (DS)

Place sparkle 2 element along the bottom of wreath element.

Place another sparkle 2 element along the left hand side of wreath element.
