I designed this tag using Victorian Collab Pack 1.

Tutorial

Open mask of choice.

I used Squirrely Treehouses mask 53.

Move mask to the top left hand side of the page.

Resize to

Place paper 10 on top of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Duplicate mask layer and move the layer to the bottom left hand side of the page.
Resize to

Place paper 10 on top of he mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place element 75 to the right hand side of the mask layer.

Resize to

Place another element 75 to the left hand side of the mask layer.

Resize to

Place element 71 in the middle of the page. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 73 behind element 71. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 6 behind element 73 at the bottom right hand side. (DS)
Resize to

Place another element 6 behind element 73 at the top right hand side. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 3 behind the first element 6. (DS)
Resize to

Place another element 3 behind the second element 6. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 69 behind element 73.

Resize to

Place element 22 behind the first element 3. (DS)
Resize to

Place another element 22 behind the second element 3. (DS)
Resize to

Place tube layer at the left hand side of element 71. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 70 at the bottom of element 71. (DS & OG)
Resize to

Place element 76 at the top of element 71.

Place another element 76 on top of element 70.

Tutorial

For this tutorial I used Squirrelys Treehouse's mask 67.

Place mask layer in the middle of the page at the top right hand side.

Resize to

Place paper 1 on top of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place another mask layer in the middle of the page at the bottom left hand side.

Resize to

Place paper 11 on top of this mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place element 66 in the middle of the first mask layer. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 76 in the middle of the second mask layer. (DS & Stroke)

Resize to

Place element 73 on top of element 76. (DS )

Resize to

Place element 2 on top of element 73 to the left hand side. (DS & some erasing of element is needed)

Resize to

Place another element 2 on top of element 73 to the right hand side. (DS & some erasing of element is needed)

Resize to

Place element 55 on top of the first element 2. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 75 infront of element 66. (DS)

Resize to

Place tube layer to the right hand side of the second element 2. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 77 at the bottom of the tube layer.

Resize to

Place another element 77 on top of element 75.
