I designed this tag using Souldesigners tube "Esmeralda".

Tutorial

Open mask of choice.

I used squirrelys treehouses valentine mask 3.

Place paper 4 on top of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place element 89 at the top of the mask layer.

Resize to

Place another element 89 at the bottom of the mask layer.

Resize to

Place element 32 to the left hand side of both element 89's.

Resize to

Place another element 32 to the right hand side of both element 89's.

Resize to

Place another element 32 in the middle.

Resize to

Place element 80 on top of all element 32's at the bottom. (some parts of element need to be erased)
Resize to

Place another element 80 on top of the one just placed. (some parts of element need to be erased)

Resize to

Place element 84 on top of both element 80's.

Resize to

Place tube layer infront of element 84.

Resize to

Place element 71 at the bottom left hand side of the tube.

Resize to

Place another element 71 at the bottom right hand side of the tube.

Resize to

Place element 75 to the right hand side of the first element 71.

Resize to

Place element 76 on top of the first element 71.

Resize to

Place element 45 on top of element 76.

Resize to

Place element 6 on top of element 45.

Place another element 76 of the second element 71.
