Tutorial

Open a new blank image.

Sized 500pxX500px

Now open a mask of your choice and place in the middle of the image.

Place element 97 in the middle of your mask.

Resize to X 247.99px, Y 274.35px, W and H 151.25%.

Place element 103 infront of element 97.

Resize to X 259.69px, Y 358.98px, W 60.77%, H 56.94%.

Place element 153 at right hand side of element 103.

Resize to X 387.23px, Y 403.45px , W and H 48.44%.

Place element 153 at left hand side of element 103.

Resize to X 115.20px, Y 406.39px, W -51.07% and H 51.07%.

Place element 152 behind element 103 and at the left hand side.

Resize to X85.50px, Y 317.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 152 behind element 103 and at the right hand side.

Resize to X 388.00px, Y 310.50px, W and H 100%.

Place element 44 behind element 97.

Resize to X 248.00px, Y 232.00px W 83.33% H -83.40%.

Place element 43 in front of element 44.

Resize to X 252.50px, Y 224.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 42 infront of element 43.

Resize to X 240.50px, Y 239.00px, W and H 100%.

Place your tube of choice infront of element 153.

I used "Annette" designed by Verymany.

I also added 3 facial close ups inside the frames of element 97.

Last but not least do not forget your license and recognition 

of what scrapkit you used.
