*Important note drop shadow effect is used on all elements*

Open new 500x500 page.

Place element 19 at left hand side of the page (about a 3rd of the way down the page).

Resize to X 133.00px, Y 185.50px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 19 at the right hand side of the one we just did.

Resize to X 363.46px, Y 194.42px, W and H 191.55%.

Place paper 8 behind both elements we just did.

Erase any part of the paper outside of the elements.

Place a mask of choice behind the elements and paper.

Place element 51 in the middle of the two elements.

Resize to X 238.00px, Y 253.58px, W and H 183.65%.

Place element 57 at left hand side of element 51.

Resize to X 316.00px, Y 311.00px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 57 at the right hand side of element 51.

Resize to X 316.00px, Y 311.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 56 about a 3rd of the way across the second element 19 we did.

Resize to X 364.49px, Y 202.31px, W 223.42% and H 97.85% and 31.95 degree angle.

Place element 99 at the left hand side of the second element 57.

Resize to X 276.00px, Y 277.81px, W and H 160.90%.

Place element 2 on top of the second element 19 we did.

Outer glow is used on this element (not drop shadow).

Erase the parts of element 2 that is inside the frame, we just want the sparkles on the outer edges of the frame.

Resize to X 342.00px, Y 201.50px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 2 on top of the first element 19.

Do as I instructed with the last element 2.

Resize to X 181.50px, Y 181.50px, W and H 100%.
