Hop Alice
I designed this tag using PO-CONCEPT's "Hop Alice" scrapkit.

Tutorial
*Important note : drop shadow effect is used on all elements*
Open new 500x500 transparent page.
Place element 59 in the middle of the page.
Resize to X 244.83px, Y 232.15px, W and H 10.91%.
Place paper 7 behind element 59.
Place element 26 in the middle of the paper layer.
Resize to X 264.50px, Y 225.00px, W 23.60% and H 23.57%.
Place element 14 behind element 59 and paper layer (in the middle).
Resize to X 244.00px, Y 248.50px, W and H 100%.
Place element 25 behind element 59 (at the bottom).
Resize to X 215.00p, Y 289.50px, W and H 100%.
Place another element 25 behind element 59 (at the top).
Resize to X 252.00px, Y 217.50px, W and H 100%.
Place element 55 behind element 59 (along the bottom).
Resize to X 249.50px, Y 430.00px, W and H 19.48%.
Place element 96 infront of element 59 (along the bottom).
Resize to X 229.97px, Y 357.85px, W and H 18.75%.
Place element 53 at the left hand side of element 96.
Resize to X 85.24px,Y 233.50px, W and H 18.50%.
Place another element 53 at the right hand side of element 96.
Resize to X 376.41px, Y 233.50px, W -18.99% and H 19.02%.
Place element 30 infront of both element 53's and element 96 (in the middle).
Resize to X 232.00px, Y 351.00px, W and H 17.59%.
Place element 38 infront of where the first element 53 is.
Resize to X 66.50px, Y 334.00px, W and H 10.80%.
Place 12 infront of where the second element 53 is.
Resize to X 414.00px, Y 309.88px, W and H 10.60%.
Place element 40 infront of element 12 (at the bottom).
Resize to X 394.74px, Y 431.50px, W and H 11.27%.
Place element 85 at the left hand side of element 12.
Resize to X 85.00px, Y 299.95px, W and H 13.62%.
