*Important note : Drop shadow effect is used on all elements except element 141*

Open new 500x500 transparent page.

Place element 10 in the middle of the page.

Resize to X 249.00px, Y 250.00px, W 97.22% and H 97.09%.

Place element 39 behind element 10 (in the middle).

Resize to X 250.00px, Y 250.00px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 39 behind element 10 (around the outside).

Resize to X 240.00px, Y 258.00px,Wand H 129.17%.

Place paper 13 behind both element 39's.

Place element 141 in the middle of the paper layer.

Resize to X 252.00px, Y 248.00px, W and H 153.27%.

Place element 14 at the top of element 141.

Resize to X 247.50px, Y 237.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 4 along the bottom of element 10.

Resize to X 277.50px, Y 379.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 86 at the left hand side of element 4.

Resize to X 159.50px, Y 360.50px, W and H 100%.

Place element 115 at the top left hand side of element 10.

Resize to X 117.52px, Y 117.88px, W -46.70% and H 46.70%.

Place element 144 behind element 115.

Resize to X 95.50px, Y 248.50px, W and H 100%.
