*Important note : the following elements have drop shadow effect used element 38, frame 4c, element 53 a and b, element 2*

Open new 500x500 transparent page.

Place frame 4c in the middle of the page.

Place paper 7 behind the frame.

Place spray 5 in the middle of the paper layer.

Resize to X 242.50px, Y 250.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 99 behind the frame and paper layer, at the bottom.

Resize to X 225.10px, Y 425.00px, W and H 54,19%.

Place element 38 behind the paper layer.

Resize to X 249.00px, Y 217.06px, W and H 62.55%.

Place spray 8 behind element 38 .

Resize to X 253.00px, Y 272.00px, W and H 57.54%.

Place another spray 8 behind the already placed spray 8.

Resize to X 252.50px,  Y 173.50px, W and H 57.54%.

Place element 53b at the left hand side of the frame.

Resize to X 81.02px, Y 227.33px, W and H 55.17%.

Place element 53a at the right hand side of element 53b.

Resize to X 111.51px, Y 259.00px, W and H 39.12%.

Place another element 53a at the left hand side of element 53b.

Place spray 9 at the bottom of element 53 a and b,

Place wordart 2 infront of spray 9.

Place element 17 on top of wordart 2.

Place element 2 at the left hand side of wordart 2.

Place spray 4 in the middle of the tag.

Place spray 2 in the middle of the tag.

Place element 14 on top of wordart 2.

Resize to X 142.00px, Y 347.36px, W and H 29.51%.
