Tutorial

Open new 500x500 transparent page.

Place frame 5a in the middle of the page.

Resize to X 247.95px, Y 237.26px, W and H 67%.

Place frame 6 on top of frame 5a.

Resize to X 246.18px, Y 237.77px, W and H 62.46%.

Place paper 11 behind frame 5a.

Place element 31 at the left hand side of frame 5a.

Resize to X 103.25px, Y 253.00px, W and H 50.38%.

Place wordart 1b at the bottom of frame 5a (inside the frame).

Resize to X 254.04px, Y 377.64px, W and H 47.40%.

Place spray 1 at the bottom of frame 5a.

Resize to X 236.92px, Y 417.65px, W and H 62.92% and 7.45 degree angle.

Place element 31 on top of spray 1.

Resize to X 254.00px, Y 440.50px, W 50.11% and H - 40.51% and 90 degree angle.

Place element 4 at the bottom left hand corner of frame 5a.

Resize to X 120.77px, Y 391.83px, W -37.24% and H 37.24%.

Place element 61 to the left hand side of element 4.

Resize to X 79.09px, Y 392.00px, W and H 33.40% and -88.92 degree angle.

Place element 42 at the right hand side of element 4.

Resize to X 141.61px, Y 405.31px, W and H 22.28%.

Place element 27 infront of element 4,61,42.

Resize to X 120.83px, Y 448.02px, W and H 35.24%.

Place element 28b infront of element 27.

Resize to X 176.24px, Y 448.74px, W 27.32% and H -27.27%.

Place spray 8 at the bottom left hand corner of the tag.
