Tutorial

Open new 500x500 transparent page. 

Place frame 11 in the middle of the page.

Resize to X 244.25px, Y246.75px, W and H 63.93%.

Place frame 5 infront of frame 11.

Resize to X 244.25px, Y 247.50px. W and H 55.55%.

Place element 30c to the top right hand side of frame 5.

Resize to X 430.00px, Y 178.00px, W and H 100%.

Place element 87 on top of element 30c.

Resize to X 422.28px, Y 114.29px, W and H 30.28%.

Place word art 1 at the bottom left hand side of frame 5.

Resize to X 196.50px, Y 425.00px. W and H 58.42%.

Place spray 9 in the middle of the tag.

Resize to X 201.50px, Y 193.00px, W and H 100%.

Place paper 20 behind frame 11.

Place element 67 behind the paper layer at the top right hand side.

Resize to X 293.50px, Y 212.50px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 67 behind the paper layer at the top left hand side.

Resize to X 196.50px. Y 221.50px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 67 behind the paper layer at the bottom right hand side.

Resize to X 281.50px, Y 280.50px, W and H 100%.

Place another element 67 behind the paper layer at the bottom left hand side.

Resize to X 201.50px, Y 280.50px, W and H 100%.

Place spray 6 behind all element 67's.

Resize to X 244.50px, Y 245.50px, W and H 66.67%.
