I designed this tag using Designs by Norella tube "Clara".

Tutorial

Open new 500x500 transparent page.

Place element 41 in the middle of the page. (DS)
Resize to

Place paper 20 behind element 41.

Place element 1 behind the paper layer to the left hand side. (DS)
Resize to

Place another element 1 behind the paper layer to the right hand side. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 128 on top of the second element 1.

Resize to

Place another element 128 on top of the first element 1.

Resize to

Place element 59 infront of element 41 at the bottom to the left hand side. (some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place another element 59 infront of element 41 at the top to the left hand side. (Some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place element 63 to the right hand side of the first element 59. (Some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place another element 63 to the left hand side of element 41, inbetween both element 59. (Some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place element 13 on top of the first element 59. (Some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place another element 13 on top of the second element 59. (Some parts of element need deleting)

Resize to

Place element 93 on top of the first element 13.
