I designed this tag using Toriya's tube "Christina".

Tutorial

Open new 700x700 transparent page.

Place element  119 in the middle of the page. (DS)

Resize to

Place tube layer under element 119 to the left hand side. (DS & magic wand tool used)

Resize to

Place paper 5 behind element 119.

Place element 123 in the middle of the paper 5. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 132 behind the paper layer at the top. (DS)

Resize to

Place another element 132 behind the paper layer at the bottom. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 103 in the middle of both 132's on the left hand side. (there will be a small gap, DS)

Resize to

Place another element 103 in the middle of both 132's on the right hand side. (there will be a small gap, DS)

Resize to

Place element 143 at the top of element 119 on the left hand side. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 94 behind element 143 at the top right hand side. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 18 under element 94. (DS)

Resize to

Place another element 18 at the bottom of element 143. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 94 to the left hand side of element 18 just placed. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 145 on top of element 18. (DS)

Resize to

Place element 143 at the bottom of element 18 just placed. (DS)

Place another element 18 under element 143 at the bottom. (DS)

Place element 2 in the middle of both element 143's.

Place element 99 in the middle of the second element 143 placed. (DS)
