I designed this tag using Danny Lee's "Gothic Blue" tube.

I also used Squirrely's Treehouse's mask 60.

Tutorial

Open mask 60,

Place paper 4 on top of the mask layer. (click create clipping mask)

Place element 53 in the middle of the mask layer. (DS)

Resize to

Place tube layer behind element 53 to the right hand side. 

Resize to

Place element 11 infront of element 53 to the left hand side. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 54 on top of element 11.

Resize to

Place tube layer infront of element 54. (DS & some parts of tube layer needs to be erased)
Resize to

Place element 21 infront of the tube layer. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 54 to the right hand side of element 53.

Resize to

Place element 15 infront of element 21 at the bottom. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 17 to the left hand side of element 15. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 52 to the left hand side of element 17. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 30 to the left hand side of element 52. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 8 infront of element 30&52. (DS)

Resize to

Place another element 8 infront of element 15&17. (DS)
Resize to

Place element 29 inbetween both element 8's. (DS)
